Cartersville, GA trip over Memorial Day weekend

Here is the beautiful house we inspected while in Cartersville, GA over Memorial Day weekend. It is located just north of Cartersville....a very nice wooded 1+ acre lot. It has 4 BR's , with an unfinished basement that can easily be converted into another bedroom with bath. Did I mention that french doors lead from the basement directly onto the patio/pool deck! Yep, there's a pool there too!

Front of house
This picture does not do the front justice.  The front yard is
a large sloping area shaded by trees that prevent grass!  Just
the ticket to avoid excessive lawn mowing!  Not sure about the
leaves, though.  Personally, I would much rather mow than rake!
I DO NOT RAKE.  I WILL NOT RAKE.  I HATE TO RAKE.
Back pool area is paradise!  Very inviting and conducive
to relaxation or .....celebrations!  Did some one say "POOL PARTY".

Pool patio
Planning an outdoor kitchen in this area for poolside
cookouts and celebrations.  Hopefully lots of celebrations!
Please pay no attention to the people in this photo.  They are merely
there for the effect.  When Becky learns this photo is here, she is going to flip.

Living Room with tons of space for us.
5 dogs may seem overwhelming, but not really.

Large Sun Room off the Dining Room and Kitchen
A wonderfully inviting and cozy space, certainly destined to be "the spot" for congregating inside. Beautiful view of the pool and the wooded area outback.  Perfect for watching the local critters!  Tons of deer in the area...and squirrels! (be very very quiet when speaking of squirrels so as not to set off the dogs, PLEASE)

Unfinished basement w/fireplace-possible Den, etc....
Only one half of it, the other side is stubbed for a bath room.
Suitable for another bed room and kitchen to make a perfect
in-law suite (or a man cave for me)
